In an effort to improve my service to you, I am trying to automate my billing system. I respect and value your time.
The reason I am doing this is because I would rather spend time serving you than spending time in boring, but necessary, administrative tasks.
Automating the billing system will free some valuable time to allow me to serve you better.
Here’s what to expect:
You will receive a notice or reminder of a balance due 3 times per month. Once on the 1st, once on the 10th, and once on the 20th of each month. Late fees of $5 or 5% (whichever is more) will be assessed after the balance has aged 30 days.
The notification will be a simple email with your total due, and a link to the online statement. There you will be able to see all the statement details. You will need the following information to see your online statement:
You will need 3 pieces of information. One, your account number (####), two, your email address, and three, your statement password.
