Computer Questions

… and answers.

Question #1:
Do I have Windows XP?

You have [Operating-System].  We know this because when you connect to us via a web browser (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc) Your computer sends some useful information to us. Such as your operating system, browser, screen resolution, and IP address among other none-personal identifiable information.

Question #2:
Will my Windows XP become infected if I leave it online?

That depends on your current protection efforts. You may already be infected with some invisible threat, but most likely IT IS NOT because Microsoft dropped support for Windows XP.  Win XP will become less and less favored by the good guys, and more and more coveted by the bad guys.  If you are too concerned and have no other ideas how to protect yourself, please ask for help here: Ask Juan Networks Premium Support.

Question #3:
How do I add my own question?

Scroll all the way down until you see, “Add Your Question Here:”.  Fill in the boxes and I will respond as soon as I can, usually by the next morning.  During the day I am helping those of you who need premium support.  At night I respond to all your questions to be posted on this web page.
